Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund:
You must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package your item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
If your returned item(s) is not approved for refund, Sheroski Sverige AB will send the product back to you.
Please note that the following items may not be returned for any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage in transit:
1. Instruments etched, engraved, repaired or modified by the customer in any way.
2. Used or processed instruments.
3. Custom-produced, non-catalog items.
4. Items that are marked with customer-specific engravings, including bar coding for tracking software.
