Description

The Denhard Forceps 120mm are finely crafted surgical instruments designed for the precise grasping, holding, and manipulation of delicate tissues and small objects during a variety of medical and surgical procedures. Widely used in ENT (ear, nose, throat) surgeries, microsurgery, dental procedures, and ophthalmology, these forceps are favored for their accuracy, control, and fine-tipped design.

At 120mm in length, the Denhard Forceps strike an optimal balance between reach and control, allowing the surgeon or clinician to access narrow or confined areas without compromising dexterity. The slim and lightweight structure offers excellent maneuverability, especially in delicate procedures involving small or sensitive tissues.

The tips of the forceps are finely tapered and may be either smooth or lightly serrated, depending on the variant, to allow for atraumatic handling of tissues while still providing a secure grip. This makes them ideal for holding fine sutures, positioning membranes, removing small fragments, or applying pressure to targeted areas without causing unnecessary trauma.

Manufactured from high-grade surgical stainless steel, the Denhard Forceps offer excellent corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, and compatibility with autoclave sterilization, ensuring their durability and safety for repeated clinical use. The precision-engineered jaws are perfectly aligned to ensure accurate tip approximation, a key feature in microsurgical environments.

The ergonomic design of the handle ensures a comfortable and non-slip grip, enabling prolonged use without fatigue and maintaining steady hand control even in high-precision work. Some variants of the instrument may also include grooved handles or finger rest areas for enhanced tactile feedback.
