Buser periosteal elevator is designed with a small triangle shaped blade which is ideal for interproximal tissue reflecting and the larger beaver tail shaped blade which is ideal for tissue retraction. The surgical grade stainless steel promotes instrument’s longevity and corrosion resistance. Buser periosteal elevator has unique, large diameter and very light weight handle for maximum comfort, reduced hand fatigue and increased control.
